Yes, hotels and most cafés offer free Wi-Fi. You can also buy a local SIM card or eSIM for data. In some rural areas, Wifi may be sporadic or unavailable. Please note that WhatsApp phone calls are not allowed in Dubai. However, there are other apps which work in the UAE. We will share them during the pre-trip orientation.

Yes, Uber, Faras and Bolt (a popular local app) are available in Kampala and Entebbe. CAC Serves also provides private, pre-arranged transportation for all group excursions.
