Yellow fever vaccination is no longer mandatory in Uganda, but is still required in some surrounding countries. However, we recommend typhoid, hepatitis A, and malaria pills. CAC Serves sends a health and packing guide before your trip.
Yes, Uber, Faras and Bolt (a popular local app) are available in Kampala and Entebbe. CAC Serves also provides private, pre-arranged transportation for all group excursions.

Uganda enjoys a pleasant tropical climate year-round, averaging 70–85°F. Light clothing is ideal, but pack a jacket for cool evenings and higher altitudes. For safaris and primate trekking, rain boots or sturdy waterproof hiking shoes are highly recommended.
